With the uncertainty of current events surrounding COVID and expectations for Fall 2021, KSTA has decided again to host our Annual Conference virtually! We are excited to present curated sessions facilitated by experienced presenters, with special guests, vendors, and times for sharing and connecting with other science educators across Kentucky! 

What to expect at the conference:

  • Experience a variety of sessions for P-20 teachers and faculty each day
  • Welcome and Q&A with Dr. Jason Glass, KDE commissioner and Dr. Stephen Pruitt, former KDE commissioner and current president of the Southern Regional Education Board
  • Special guests - authors and science education experts
  • Explore science resources and services during two live Vendor Showcase presentations
  • Connect and build relationships with science education colleagues in our open chats and virtual 'registration table'

Attendees will receive PD credit for participation. Please check with your administration to ensure that they will allow this conference as hours toward your PD requirements.

KSTA Members: $100
Non-Members: $150

Teachers/Coaches/Administrators/Higher Ed. Faculty


Current Members: you will be directed to log into your profile to register.

Non-Members: you can attend the conference for $150, or join KSTA with a 1-year membership and attend the conference for $125 total! You'll get all the benefits of membership and attend the conference for less than the non-member registration cost.
 Students: $25

Pre-service undergraduate teaching students

Includes a free 1-year KSTA membership!
