Exhibiting at the conference is the most effective and efficient way of communicating with the science education community in Kentucky. Each exhibit space rental includes a 5' skirted table with electricity. The KSTA Exhibit Area will be set up in the University of Louisville Shelby Campus - the hub of the KSTA conference.

Conference session proposals must be submitted by August 15, 2026. Any submissions received after this deadline will not be guaranteed a time slot.

Please complete the 2025 Exhibitor Contract Agreement before registering. You will need to upload the completed contract during registration.

Your exhibitor registration confirmation email will contain a code for your one free conference registration for personnel. Exhibitors are responsible for registering additional personnel/presenters not included in space rental(s) at the vendor conference price of $150 each.Register additional exhibitor personnel

Exhibitors who will present sessions at the conference must fill out the Conference Vendor Session Proposal Form for each proposed session (requires a Google account for login).

We are excited to present curated sessions facilitated by experienced presenters, with special guests, vendors, and times for sharing and connecting with other science educators across Kentucky!

What to expect at the conference:

Concurrent sessions for all grade levels as well as an exhibit hall with educational services and resources.
Special Guests including authors and science experts.

Attendees will receive PD credit for participation. Please check with your administration to ensure that they will allow this conference as hours toward your PD requirements.

KSTA Members - Early Bird through September 30: $150
KSTA Members - Regular starting October 1: $175

Current Members: you will be directed to log into your profile to register.

Non-Members: $200

Non-Members: you can attend the conference for $175, or join KSTA with a 1-year membership for $25 and attend the conference at the member rate - $150 total! You'll get all the benefits of membership and attend the conference for less than the non-member registration cost.

Students: $75 full conference/$30 Saturday only

Pre-service undergraduate/MAT teaching students

Full conference registration includes a free 1-year KSTA membership!

Saturday Only: $100

Flat rate for members and non-members
