General Conference Information

The KSTA annual conference will be held at the University of Louisville ShelbyHurst Campus November 3-4, and will offer more than 40 sessions, 24+ exhibitors, door prizes, and Blooms, Bites and Beverages - a reception for conference attendees at the Waterfront Botanical Gardens. Morning refreshments and lunch will be provided on Friday. Join us in Louisville, KY.

KSTA is the largest science education organization for P-20 educators in Kentucky and is the perfect opportunity for professional networking. KSTA Members: $125 Early Bird through 9/30
($150 after)

Current Members: you will be directed to log into your profile to register.

Non-Members: $175

Non-Members: you can attend the conference for $175, or join KSTA with a 1-year membership for $25 and attend the conference at the early bird member rate - that's less than the non-member registration cost!

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing by October 27, 2023. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this date regardless of registration date or for no-shows. Refunds will be issued within 45 days after the conference, and a $15 processing fee will be deducted. Substitutions in writing from the same district/school/organization will be accepted without penalty through November 2, 2023. Send requests to kstajle@gmail.com.
