FREE Two-day Teacher Workshop on Climate Change

 Workshop Overview:

The workshop will be held in the Training Center at Mammoth Cave National Park with programming beginning at 8:30 am on Thursday, February 19th.    Day One will focus on the roles of water, weather and climate.  Day Two will focus on the correlation of local to global systems.   All activities correlate to NGSS standards.  The workshop will conclude by 3:00 pm on Friday.
 
Meals and Lodging:
All meals will be provided (lunch and dinner on Thursday;  breakfast and lunch on Friday).   Shared accommodations will be provided at the Cave Research Foundation research facility located on the boundary of the park.
 
Workshop Fees:
The workshop is sponsored through a grant from NASA and is being offered at for NO CHARGE to participants. 
 
Registration:
Registration is limited to 25 teachers.
