The camp is a unique opportunity for your students to interact with college faculty and students while spending the week in the field conducting hands-on research in aquatic biology, astronomy, and chemistry. Activities include collecting organisms, observing the night skies, testing the water quality of our local streams, including the Ohio River, kayaking the Licking and touring behind-the-scenes at the Newport Aquarium. Participants will receive room and board and stay on the main campus in Murphy Hall, our newest residence facility. Due to the nature of the activities during the summer camp, space is limited to 15 students. Applications are due May 29.
